STEP 1 Consultation

Our Capek’s Landscaping team members will schedule a meeting to discuss project goals and objectives. The client will discuss their landscaping ideas, interests and budget.

STEP 2 Measure & Record

Capek’s Landscaping will take measurements and photos at the property and record the information about the existing yard conditions that will affect the landscape design. This data is then used to create an initial landscape design concept.

STEP 3 Presentation, Review & Bid

Capek’s Landscaping will submit the initial the landscape design concepts and collaborate with the customer on their thoughts and create a unique custom landscape design based on their feedback. An estimate is then calculated based on the final 3D design rendering.

STEP 4 Getting Started

After finalizing the project details and bid, a payment schedule and scope of work will be outlined and agreed in writing. Utility companies are notified before starting the project. Our licensed and trained landscaping team will work on making your project a reality and bring your vision to life.

STEP 5 Final Walkthrough

A final walk-through and sign off will be the last step to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
