Landscape Foreman

Capek’s Landscaping is seeking hard working individuals to grow our landscape construction team. Our Foreman do labor as well as supervise. We install installing softscape and hardscape designs. If you do not have experience in hardscaping we can teach if someone is willing to learn.

Construction Job Responsibilities

• Manage the installation of plants, trees, shrubs and perennials. Installation of landscape edging and bed materials (mulch or decorative stone)
• Manage the installation of hardscape designs including patios, brick pavers, steps, retaining walls, walkways and more
• Interpreting work orders and execute projects
• Follow and enforce safety procedures
• Effectively manage crew members
• Operate equipment (skids, bobcat, trucks, trailers, sod cutter, hand tools)
• Effectively communicate with other team members

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of experience leading a landscape construction crew
• Valid driver’s license with Chauffeur endorsement (preferred)
• Reliable Transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more
